/KASE, June 2, 2021/ – Insurance Company "Kommesk-Omir" (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated May 31, 2021, K. Bazarbekov
was elected a member of the Management Board of the company.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Insurance
Company "Kommesk-Omir" consists of seven people: O. Khanin, Y. Undybayev,
V. Slizkouhiy, A. Tiesova, T. Kolchina, M. Ivanova, K. Bazarbekov.
