auditor's report on the consolidated financial statements of the company for
2020.

The audit of the company's financial statements for 2020 was carried out by
Grant Thornton LLP. According to the auditor's report, the consolidated
financial statements reliably reflect, in all material respects, the consolidated
financial position of AltynEx Company JSC and its subsidiary as of 31 December
2020, as well as their consolidated financial results and consolidated cash
flows for the year ended as of the specified date, in accordance with IFRS.
