/KASE, May 25, 2021/ – Almatytemir (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision
of the general meeting of shareholders dated May 4, 2021, the following changes
were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:
- removed: A. Birzhanov;
- elected: M. Shaimukhametov.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Almatytemir
JSC consists of four people: A. Duysebayev, S. Konysbekuly, D. Zhakuov, M.
Shaimukhametov.
