/KASE, May 17, 2021/ – Shubarkol Komir (Karagandy), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the annual
general meeting of its shareholders will start on June 16, 2021 at 10:00 o'clock,
with the agenda as follows:
- approval of the company's 2020 annual financial statements;
- approval of the procedure of distributing the company's 2020 net income;
- about 2020 dividends, the amount of dividends per ordinary share of the
company;
- consideration of the issue of shareholders' complaints over actions of the
company and its executives and results of their consideration;
- on making amendments to a major interested party transaction.
