(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has provided KASE with an auditor's report on the bank's financial
statements for 2020.

The bank's financial statements for 2020 were audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers
LLP. According to the auditor's opinion, the financial statements reflect reliably
in all significant relations the financial position of "Otbasy bank" house
construction savings bank JSC as of December 31, 2020, as well as its financial
results and cash flows for the year ended as of the specified date in accordance
with the IFRS.
