/KASE, May 11, 2021/ – Faeton Company (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its partners will begin on June 7, 2021 at
10:00 o'clock, with the agenda including the following issues:
- making a decision on approving a new coupon rate of 10.5 % per annum on
bonds KZ2P00003874 (FATNb1);
- making a decision on changes and additions to the issue prospectus of bonds
KZ2P00003874 (FATNb1);
- approval of the internal document "Procedure for holding a general meeting of
bondholders of the Limited Liability Partnership "Faeton Company".
