/KASE, May 6, 2021/ – AMF Group (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of
the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on April 26, 2021.
Shareholders, inter alia, took the following decisions:
- to approve the consolidated and separate financial statements of the
company for 2020;
- to approve the distribution of net income for 2020 for payment of dividends on
ordinary shares;
- to set the amount of dividend at KZT25 per ordinary share;
- to determine the record date as May 1, 2021;
- to determine the start date for dividend payments as May 5, 2021.
