/KASE, May 4, 2021/ – Samruk-Energy (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a
decision of the sole shareholder dated April 26, 2021, the following persons
were elected to the Board of Directors.
- B. Akchulakov – Chairman of the Board of Directors;
- A. Kravchenko – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the amendment made, the Board of Directors of
Samruk-Energy JSC consists of five persons: B. Akchulakov, A. Kravchenko, S.
Yessimkhanov, Andreas Storzel, Joaquin Galindo Velez.
