/KASE, April 30, 2021/ – AMF Group (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of its intention
to pay dividends on common shares KZ1C00000512 (KASE main market, category
"standard", AKFI) for 2020 in the amount of 25 tenge per share from May 5, 2021
for a total amount of KZT1,195,462,750.
