/KASE, April 16, 2021/ – Samruk-Energy (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 12, 2021, S. Yessimkhanov has
been elected as the Chairman of the Management Board effective from May 2,
2021.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Samruk-
Energy JSC consists of six persons: S. Yessimkhanov, S. Tyutebayev, M.
Uldanov, A. Ryskulov, R. Zhatkanbai, Y. Kopenov.
