/KASE, April 16, 2021/ – Samruk-Energy (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 12, 2021, S. Yessimkhanov has
been elected as a member of the Board of Directors effective as of May 2, 2021.
Taking into account the amendment made, the Board of Directors of Samruk-
Energy JSC consists of four persons: S. Yessimkhanov, A. Zhamiyev, Andreas
Storzel, Joaquin Galindo Velez.
