/KASE, April 6, 2021/ – Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" (Almaty),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders
held on April 1, 2021:
The shareholders also made the following decisions:
- to approve annual financial statements of the company for 2020;
- to allocate KZT300,651 th. to payment of dividends on ordinary shares of the
company for 2020.
