Annual general meeting of AMF Group shareholders will be held on April 26 through absentee voting

/KASE, March 26, 2021/ – AMF Group (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the annual general meeting of its shareholders will be held on April 26, 2021 by absentee voting, with the agenda including the following issues: - on the approval of the consolidated and separate financial statements of the company for 2020; - on the approval of the procedure for the distribution of the company's net income for 2020 and making of a decision on the payment of dividends on ordinary shares; - on complaints from shareholders about the actions of the company and its executives and the results of their consideration; - on the definition of an audit organization that audits the company's financial statements for 2021.
