/KASE, March 17, 2021/ – KazAgro National Management Holding (Nur-Sultan), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about decisions of the sole shareholder dated March 11, 2021.
The sole shareholder, also, made the following decisions:
- to approve the annual financial statements of the holding for 2020;
- to approve the following procedure for distribution of the holding's net
income for 2020 in the amount of KZT8,606,832,000:
- to allocate KZT6,024,782,400 to the payment of dividends.
