/KASE, March 16, 2021/ – KazAgro National Management Holding (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
informed KASE that the following changes were made to the composition of the
Management Board by a decision of the sole shareholder dated March 11, 2021:
- excluded: Y. Karashukeev – Chairman of the Management Board;
- elected: Y. Taszhurekov – Acting Chairman of the Management Board.
