/KASE, March 16, 2021/ – National managing holding "Baiterek" (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about decisions of the sole shareholder dated March 15, 2021.
The sole shareholder also took the following decisions:
- to reorganize National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC by merging with
KazAgro National Management Holding JSC;
- to sell shares of KazAgro National Management Holding JSC within the
issued number of shares in the amount of 585,352,214 shares to National
managing holding "Baiterek" JSC at a price of KZT366.85 per share;
- to issue (sell) shares of National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC within the
announced number of shares in the amount of 199,591,261 pieces at a price
of KZT1,075.87 per share in favor of the sole shareholder of KazAgro
National Management Holding JSC as payment for 100% of shares of
KazAgro National Management Holding JSC being acquired by National
managing holding "Baiterek" JSC within 30 working days from the date of
this decision.
In total, the sole shareholder made decisions on 12 issues.
