/KASE, March 16, 2021/ – KazAgro National Management Holding (Nur-Sultan), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE
that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated March 11, 2021, the powers of
all members of the Board of Directors of the holding were terminated ahead of
schedule.
