/KASE, March 2, 2021/ – First Heartland Jýsan Bank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of additions made to the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for March 16, 2021. Agenda of the said meeting, taking into account the additions: - on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of First Heartland Jýsan Bank JSC; - on the merger of ATFBank JSC with First Heartland Jýsan Bank JSC and submitting this issue to the joint general meeting of shareholders; - on approval and submission to the joint general meeting of shareholders of ATFBank JSC and First Heartland Jýsan Bank JSC of the draft agreement on the merger of ATFBank JSC with First Heartland Jýsan Bank JSC; - on changing the corporate name of "First Heartland Jýsan Bank" JSC to "First Heartland Jusan Bank" JSC; - on approval of the charter of First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC in the new edition.
