ATFBank OJSC (Kazakhstan) has made decision about eurobonds issue in 2003

/KASE, June 25, 03/ - ATFBank OJSC (Almaty), whose securities are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category, has informed KASE with the official letter about making of decision about eurobonds issue in 2003. According to the letter of ATFBank OJSC, which has been presented to the stock exchange, there were held negotiations with leading international investment banks, as the result of which JP Morgan was chosen as the lead- manager of the forthcoming eurobonds issue.
