/KASE, February 19, 2021/ – Insurance company "Kommesk-Omir" (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated February 17, 2021,
the following persons were excluded from the composition of the company's
Management Board:
- M. Amirbekov – managing director, member of the Management Board;
- E. Ramazanov – managing director, member of the Management Board;
- E. Afonina – managing director, member of the Management Board.
Taking into account the said changes, the Management Board of Insurance
company "Kommesk-Omir" consists of six persons: O. Khanin, Y. Undybayev, V.
Slizkoukhiy, A. Tiesova, T. Kolchina, M. Ivanova.
