/KASE, February 17, 2021/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you
that from February 18, 2021 bonds KZ2P00003866 (KASE main market,
category "bonds", AGGZb1; KZT1,000, KZT4,801,424,000; 07.04.17 – 07.04.22;
annual coupon, 10.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Amangeldy Gas LLP (Nur-Sultan)
will be excluded from KASE official list due to their cancellation.
This decision was made on the basis of a notification from Amangeldy Gas LLP
dated February 16, 2021 and a copy of the certificate of the Agency of the
Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market
on the cancellation of these bonds from February 11, 2021.
On February 12, 2021, the cancellation of the said bonds was registered in the
accounting system of Central Securities Depository JSC.
