/KASE, February 17, 2021/ – Amangeldy Gas (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
copies of certificates of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for
Regulation and Development of the Financial Market dated February 11, 2021 on
annulment from February 11, 2021 of the issue of bonds KZ2P00003866 (KASE main
market, category "bonds", AGGZb1; KZT1,000, KZT4,801,424,000; 07.04.17 –
07.04.22; annual coupon, 10.00 % APR; 30/360).
According to the provided certificate, the issue of the mentioned bonds was
annulled, since all issued bonds were fully redeemed by the issuer on the
secondary securities market.
