/KASE, February 15, 2021/ – Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" (Almaty),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of its
shareholders held on February 8, 2021:
- to distribute the company's net income for 2019;
- to calculate and pay dividends on issued ordinary shares in the amount of
1,779,000 pieces for 2019 in the amount of 21.5% of the net income for 2019,
in the amount of KZT300,651,000, at KZT169 per share.
