listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the

On February 5, 2021, Eastcomtrans LLP redeemed in full ahead of schedule the
secured bonds with the preemptive right of claim and redemption in 2022 (ISIN
XS0918292151) (hereinafter – the "Bonds"), in accordance with the terms of the
Bonds issue under the Trust Management Agreement in the new edition as
amended and additions of April 20, 2017 between Eastcomtrans LLP and U.S.
BANK TRUSTEES LIMITED.
