/KASE, December 29, 2020/ – Marganec Zhairema (Karagandy region), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about a decision of its sole shareholder dated December 28, 2020 to choose
TGS Saryarqa, LLP as the auditing organization carrying out the auditing
of the company for 2020.
