/KASE, December 21, 2020/ – AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the Board of Directors dated December 11, 2020, the
following changes were made to the composition of the bank's Management
Board:
- removed: Y. Zhumabayev – member of the Management Board, acting deputy
Chairman of the Management Board,
- elected: R. Aidynbayev – member of the Management Board, acting deputy
Chairman of the Management Board.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of AsiaCredit Bank
consists of three persons: D. Arinov, R. Aidynbayev, V. Yurkova.
