/KASE, December 15, 2020/ – KMK Munai (Aktobe), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following
a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated December 11, 2020, the
following members of the Board of Directors were elected:
- Wei Yuxiang – member of the Board of Directors;
- Chen Shaojun – member of the Board of Directors;
- Wang Jinbao – member of the Board of Directors;
- Yue Zhirong – member of the Board of Directors;
- Chen Kang – member of the Board of Directors;
- Yang Yongfeng – member of the Board of Directors;
- Sun Lei – independent director;
- M. Babasheva – independent director;
- Y. Kurmangazin – independent director.
