/KASE, November 20, 2020/ – BAST (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following
a decision of the general meeting of shareholders held on November 9, 2020, the
following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:
- removed: A. Tashtitov – independent director;
- elected: D. Omurzakov – independent director.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of BAST JSC consists
of four persons: A. Li, A. Sirazitdinov, R. Temirgaliyev, D. Omurzakov.
