Bonds KZ2P00004245 (ARWAb2) of ARLAN WAGONS removed from KASE Official List as of November 9 at issuer's request

/KASE, November 9, 2020/ – By a decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) indexed bonds KZ2P00004245 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", ARWAb2; KZT1,000, KZT1.0 bn; April 28, 2018 – April 28, 2022; semi-annual coupon, 10.00 % APR; 30/360) of ARLAN WAGONS (Аlmaty) will be removed from KASE Official List from November 9, 2020. In KASE's conclusion of November 5, 2020 it is said that KASE received the following documents from the company: - an application of November 5, 2020 for voluntary delisting of said bonds; - the register of holders of these bonds; - a copy of the decision of the company's sole shareholder on voluntary delisting of these bonds. In view of the above-mentioned and in accordance with Chapter 3 of Appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules", said bonds were delisted. Said bonds were included in KASE Official List's by the "bonds" category of alternative market as of April 28, 2018. Trades in them opened on July 9, 2018. [2020-11-09]
