/KASE, November 6, 2020/ – PartnerInterFreight (Temirtau), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of the annual general meeting of its partners dated November 5,
2020:
- to approve the partnership's 2019 financial statements;
- to distribute the partnership's 2019 net income in the amount of
KZT24,046,360.00 between partners pro rata to their shares in the authorized
capital and pay out dividends.
