/KASE, November 4, 2020/ – TNC Kazchrome (Aktobe), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on December 4,
2020, at 10:00 o'clock.
The sole issue on the meeting agenda is the issue of dividends based on results
of the third quarter of 2020, the amount of dividends per ordinary share of the
company.
