/KASE, November 3, 2020/ – ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following
a decision of the Board of Directors dated October 28, 2020 the following
changes were made to the composition of the bank's Management Board:
- removed: S. Kovalenko – Chairman of the Management Board;
- elected: Y. Arginov – acting Chairman of the Management Board.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of ATFBank consists
of three persons: Y. Arginov, N. Dosmukhambetov, A. Akhimbekova.
