/KASE, October 19, 2020/ – Amangeldy Gas (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that by the decision
of the sole shareholder of October 6, 2020 the following changes were made to the
Management Board:
- T.S. Burambayev, a member of the Management Board, has been removed;
- D.S. Tynybekov, a member of the Management Board, has been elected.
Given this change, the Management Board of Amangeldy Gas comprises three people:
E.Z. Kaseyev, S.N. Islyamov, D.S. Tynybekov.
