August 25, 2020, the issuer for the following bonds will be changed from Baiterek
Development to Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company in KASE trading
system and data bases:

2) KZ2C00006179 (KASE main market, category "bonds", BTDVb2);
3) KZ2C00006641 (KASE main market, category "bonds", BTDVb3);
4) KZ2C00006807 (KASE main market, category "bonds", BTDVb4);
5) KZ2C00006815 (KASE main market, category "bonds", BTDVb5);
6) KZ2C00006823 (KASE main market, category "bonds", BTDVb6);
7) KZ2C00006831 (KASE main market, category "bonds", BTDVb7).
Existing tickers of these bonds will remain unchanged.
Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company has provided KASE with copies
of amendments to the issue prospectuses of these bonds registered by the Agency
of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Regulation and Development of the Financial
Market on August 20, 2020 and certificates of state registration of securities
issue replacing the ones issued earlier due to the change in the name of the
issuer Baiterek Development to Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company.
