/KASE, August 27, 2020/ – ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by the decisions of
the General Meeting of shareholders of August 24, 2020, B.K. Sultanova elected
member of the Board of Director and an independent director of the bank.
Given these changes, ATFBank’s Board of Directors comprises five people: G.Sh.
Yesenov, Anthony Espina, S.A. Akhanov, R.N. Shaketayev and B.K. Sultanova.
