/KASE, August 17, 2020/ – Estate Management Company (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE about
the decisions of its sole shareholder made on August 3, 2020.
The shareholder made the following decisions:
- to approve audited financial statements of the company for 2019;
- not to pay dividends to the sole shareholder on ordinary shares of the company
for 2019 due to the absence of net income of the company for 2019.
