/KASE, July 24, 2020/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) was provided with an extract from the shareholder registers system of Fund of Problem Loans JSC as of July 1, 2020. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 60,677,925 pieces, preferred shares - 125,000 pieces; - 60,539,600 common shares and 62,093 preferred shares of the company are issued; - the company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total issued shares of the company is Government institution "Government Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
