/KASE, July 15, 2020/ – Transnational Company Kazchrome (Aktobe), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified
KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated July 8, 2020, the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management
Board:
- Isaac Buitendag, a member of the Management Board, removed;
- V. Mukhamedzyanova, a member of the Management Board, appointed.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of Transnational
Company Kazchrome JSC consists of five persons: A. Esenzhulov, S.
Donbekbayev, A. Bektybayev, S. Peukhov, V. Mukhamedzyanova.
