/KASE, June 4, 2020/ – Shareholders of Life insurance company "Standard Life"
(Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has informed KASE about decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of its
shareholders held on June 1, 2020:
- to approve financial statements of the company for the first quarter of 2020
with the report of the independent audit company NAC "Centeraudit-
Kazakhstan" LLP;
- to distribute the company's net income for the first quarter of 2020, to pay
dividends on ordinary shares for the first quarter of 2020 in the amount of
KZT168.65 per share.
