Four issues of bonds of Baiterek Development underwent listing procedure on KASE by category "bonds" of the main market

/KASE, June 1, 2020/ – The Listing Commission of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), decided to include the following bonds of Baiterek Development (Nur-Sultan) were included in KASE Official List main market's "bonds" category on June 1, 2020: - KZ2C00006807 (KZT1,000, KZT200.0 bn; 10 years, annual coupon, 6.02 % APR; 30/360); - KZ2C00006815 (KZT1,000, KZT200.0; 11 years, annual coupon, 6.02 % APR; 30/360); - KZ2C00006823 (KZT1,000, KZT100.0; 12 years, annual coupon, 6.02 % APR; 30/360); - KZ2C00006831 (KZT1,000, KZT100.0; 12 years, annual coupon, 6.02 % APR; 30/360). The date of this Listing Commission decision’s entry into force will be communicated later. Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. This bond issue is the first-fourth within the first bond program of Baiterek Development registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on May 27, 2020 for the total amount of KZT600.0 bn. Kazkommerts Securities (subsidiary of Kazkommertsbank) (Almaty) is the financial advisor of Baiterek Development. These bonds were assigned abbreviation (ticker) BTDVb4–BTDVb7, respectively.
