/KASE, April 15, 2020/ – ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of
registered changes and amendments to the share issue prospectus and the
certificate of state registration of the issue of authorized shares dated
April 8, 2020, replacing the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the
financial market has registered amendments to the share issue prospectus of
the bank;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to the increase in the number of
authorized ordinary shares of the bank and issued taking into account the
earlier authorized 4,526,583,490 ordinary shares of the bank;
- the issue was divided in 5,021,972,000 ordinary shares KZ000A0ETF32
