/KASE, April 14, 2020/ – Financial Company REAL-INVEST.kz (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by the decision of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of March 30, 2020,
the following people were elected to the Management Board:
- D.M. Mestoyev, chairman of Management Board;
- Kh.V. Albakov, a member of Management Board;
- M.Kh. Albakov, a member of Management Board.
Currently, the Management Board of Financial Company REAL-INVEST.kz consists of
three people.
