According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 50,000,000 pieces; - 36,951,133 common shares of the company are outstanding; - the sole person holding shares of the company in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the company's outstanding shares is Central-Asian Power-Energy Company, which owns 34,272,706 common shares of the company (92.75% of the total number of the company's outstanding shares).
