Transnational Company Kazchrome’s decided to pay dividends on ordinary and preferred shares of the company for Q3 2019 and made changes to major transaction

/KASE, December 19, 2019/ – Transnational Company Kazchrome (Aktobe), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders held on December 3, 2019: - to accrue and to pay dividends partly using net income as of September 30, 2019 based on the results of Q3 2019 based on the following: - KZT316.09 per one ordinary share of the company; - to accrue and to pay dividends on preferred shares in the amount of KZT316.09; - the date of start of payment of dividends on preferred shares will be December 12, 2019; - the date of start of payment of dividends on ordinary shares will be December 13, 2019; - to make changes in a major interested party transaction.
