/KASE, November 21, 2019/ – Freedom Finance (Almaty), the initiator of
admittance of common shares RU0009024277 (KASE main market, category "standard",
U_LKOH) of OJSC "Lukoil" (Russia) to the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE "about a change in the number of issued common shares
of "Lukoil" OJSC (hereinafter the Company) from 750,000,000 to 715,000,000 pieces,
according to a decision of the annual General meeting of the Company's
shareholders on June 20, 2019".
