/KASE, November 19, 2019/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that
information on bonds of Nurbank (Almaty) was changed in KASE's trading system
and data bases from November 19, 2019.
On bonds KZ2C00005700 (KASE main market, category "bonds", NRBNb13; KZT100,
KZT10.0 bn; 26.12.18 – 26.12.21; semi-annual coupon 11.00 % APR; 30/360):
- the interest rate will be determined based on the first successful trading for
offering of said bonds, conducted after making of changes and additions
No. 1 to the issue prospectus;
- the maturity was changed from 3 to 7 years to seven years starting from the
circulation start date;
- the circulation start date – the date of the first successful trading for
offering of said bonds, conducted after making of changes and additions No. 1
to the issue prospectus.
On bonds KZ2C00005734 (KASE main market, category "bonds", NRBNb14; KZT100,
KZT10.0 bn; 26.12.18 – 26.06.20; semi-annual coupon 11.00 % APR; 30/360):
- the interest rate will be determined based on the first successful trading for
offering of said bonds, conducted after making of changes and additions
No. 1 to the issue prospectus;
- the maturity was changed from 1.5 to 7 years to seven years starting from
the circulation start date;
- the circulation start date – the date of the first successful trading for
offering of said bonds, conducted after making of changes and additions No. 1
to the issue prospectus.
Besides, amendments related to the procedure and terms of payment of interest
and redemption procedure were made to the issue prospectuses of said bonds.
From November 19, 2019 trading in said bonds, earlier suspended from October 25
and 28, 2019 respectively, was resumed on KASE.
Following a decision of KASE's Management Board, from November 19 said bonds
were switched to the mode of trading in "dirty" prices in percentage of the face
value.
Amendments to the issue prospectuses of said bonds registered by the National
Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 13, 2019, are available on KASE
