/KASE, November 14, 2019/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board of November 12, 2019 the
following bonds of "Baspana" Mortgage organization (Almaty) were included in
KASE official list by category "bonds" of the alternative market:
- KZ2C00006328 (KZT1,000, KZT100.0 bn; 24 months, annual coupon 8.50 % APR;
30/360);
- KZ2C00006336 (KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn; 36 months, annual coupon 8.50 % APR;
30/360).
The Management Board decision is effective from November 14, 2019, after said
issuer fulfilled the terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of chapter 5 of
appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
