/KASE, November 12, 2019/ – KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the sole shareholder dated November 1, 2019 the following
changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:
- E. Orynbaev – member of the Board of Directors, independent director,
removed;
- S. Madiev – member of the Board of Directors, independent director,
appointed.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance
consists of five persons: K. Izbastin, S. Madiev, E. Taszhurekov, A. Juanyshbaeva,
R. Orazbaev.
