informed KASE of concluding major deal.

(hereinafter, the Contract), according to which Kazzinc LLP undertakes to provide
educational services for technical and engineering employees and senior managers
of Marganec Zhairema based on agreed upon training orders between the Parties.
Marganec Zhairema undertakes to pay for services rendered according to the terms
of the Contract concluded until December 31, 2019 for an approximate sum of
KZT100,464,000 (one hundred million four hundred and sixty-four thousand tenge)
excluding VAT.
