/KASE, November 11, 2019/ - By the decision of the Management Board of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of Subsidiary of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" (Almaty, in the heading –Halyk Finance) as of November 15, 2019 is released from duties of the market-maker on KASE for bonds GB00BGP6Q951 (KASE main market, category "standard", GB_NTRM) of NOSTRUM OIL & GAS PLC.
